Black label skateboards will rock you!

If you love rock, you gonna love Black label skateboards company and their decks! John Lucero founded the company on the tagline “Never be bought, never be sold”, and today it operates under the same rock&roll principles, though the company has grown a lot since the time it was created. Now, it is based in Costa Mesa, California. The company has a great team of the professional skateboarders; among them are Adam Alfaro, Chet Childress, Kyle Leeper, Shuriken Shannon, Jhovany Vidal, Matt Hensley and other famous riders. If you do not know, Matt Hensley is not only a famous skateboarder, but also a member of a cool Irish band Flogging Molly. I love the band, I love the brand, and I love Black Label whiskey too, so I did this review to share with every true rider on the Internet.

Let us start with a shape, which is great. These decks are constructed according to different styles. There are various types of Black label skateboards, for example Rock Bottom, Econoline, Black light, Bowerbeam, and some older models. The decks are wider than usual skateboards, but for me the width is perfect. These boards are highly durable stuff. I used to chip my deck a lot before I got a black label. This one does not chip! Another advantage is that the boards are really poppy and remain responsive for a long time. The black label boards usually have deep concave. One can do flip tricks with the black label deck easily. Older Black label boards were a little heavy, but recently the company has corrected their mistake. The result of it is their new Black light model! This deck is really light, but also steady. Actually, steadiness is the thing which I like the most about the black label. Their decks are really firm and stiff. It seems they are unbreakable!

Overall, I would rate the Black label skateboards as the best decks ever made! I am a fan of the people who are behind this brand name. If you believe the people, you believe in the stuff they make for you. This is true about black label decks. They are strong, nice, and easy to be around, just like the people who make them for us!
